CourseSmart iPad Application Compatibility with Latest iOS Release


If you plan to upgrade your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch’s operating system (for example to iOS 7), please complete the following steps for all* of your CourseSmart apps and iOS devices:

  1. update all of your apps to the latest version available on the iTunes app store 
  2. synchronize your iPad with the iTunes application installed on your laptop or desktop computer

This will help ensure that all of your iPad apps are preserved and continue to function correctly after you update your iPad's operating system.

If you are unable to locate the CourseSmart's eTextbooks for the iPad after upgrading your device. Please download it again from the iTunes App store.

* Note - Please refer to Previous versions of iPad app (2013 or earlier) for important information regarding previous version of our iPad app.
